At Jersey Prom, every gown is handcrafted to order. Your total delivery time consists of two parts:

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a valid email address during checkout. We will email you an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Please keep an eye on your inbox for any updates. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please email us a physical address as soon as possible to avoid shipping delays.
Tracking Your Order
We partner with reputable global carriers, including DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and USPS. Once your gown is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.
