1. Do you have a physical boutique I can visit?

We operate exclusively online to provide our gowns directly from our atelier to you, eliminating middleman markups and offering you the best possible value for luxury craftsmanship.

2. Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

Yes! By registering an account on our website and subscribing to our newsletter, you’ll be the first to know about seasonal promotions, exclusive subscriber discounts, and special gifts.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

4. Where is the Jersey Prom atelier based?

Our design and production studio is located in Suzhou, China—a hub renowned for its exquisite textile craftsmanship.

5. I’m not receiving your emails—what should I do?

Please check your Spam or Junk folders. To ensure you don't miss any order updates, please whitelist our domain or add service@jerseyprom.com to your contact list. If the issue persists, please reach out to us directly.

6. I'm unsure about my size. How should I choose?

We recommend carefully comparing your measurements against our [Size Chart]. If you find that you fall between sizes or have a unique figure, we offer a complimentary custom-sizing service to ensure your gown fits you like a glove.

7. Will my dress look exactly like the photos?

Yes. Every product image on our website represents the actual dress. We take great pride in ensuring that the final product you receive matches the artistry and detail shown in our photography.

8. How would you describe your product quality?

We are dedicated to providing "affordable luxury." By focusing on high-quality fabrics and meticulous hand-stitched detailing, we ensure our gowns offer exceptional value and a stunning silhouette for your special occasion.

9. When will my order arrive?

Because each gown is made-to-order, our standard processing time is 10–15 business days, followed by 3–5 days for shipping. Please note that complex designs may require additional time. If you have a specific deadline, we offer a Rush Order service—please contact us at service@jerseyprom.com before placing your order to ensure we can meet your timeline.

10. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

We understand that details can change! Please contact our customer service team at service@jerseyprom.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered the tailoring phase, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

11. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Jersey Prom experience. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Request: Please email service@jerseyprom.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and supporting photos or video.

Return Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 20% Material & Labor Loss Fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide a tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Note: We do not accept returns for items damaged by the customer or "try-on" orders (where multiple items are purchased with the intent of returning the majority).
