To ensure you find the perfect gown, we highly encourage you to consult our Size Chart and Measurement Guides before placing an order. Because our dresses are meticulously crafted, we also offer free custom-sizing services for those who require a more precise fit.

The Return Process
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 3 days of the delivery date.

1. Reach Out to Our Team

Please inspect your gown as soon as it arrives. To initiate a return, email us at service@jerseyprom.com. Please ensure the dress remains in its original, brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

2. Share Your Details

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

Your Order Number.

A brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Supporting photos or a video of the item.

3. Shipping Your Return

Once our team approves your request, please ship the item back to us promptly. After shipping, kindly email us with:

The valid tracking number.

A photo of the package you sent.

4. Refund Processing

Once our facility receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed promptly.

Important Terms & Conditions

Material & Labor Loss Fee: As our dresses are custom-made or tailored upon order, all approved returns will be subject to a 20% Material & Labor Loss Fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Condition Standards: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been exposed to odors (such as perfume or smoke). Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Fair Usage Policy: Please note that we do not offer "try-on" services. We cannot accept returns for orders where multiple items (two or more) are purchased with the intention of keeping only one and returning the rest.
